what actually dreams are??? in my words dreams are something which inspires somebody to relate ones future in the present time.dreams are actually the ultimate source of inspiring ideas that some how come into our mind to command our destinies.
who is the right dreamer???the dreamer must be some one who will fall in love with the dream,even though it will make a dramatic entry into the human mind as an awesome impossible idea! but it's the dreamer's work to make it sure that the dream must be welcomed very passionately,instinctively,impulsively into his heart,hugging the holy,happy possibility as something precious!the first love ,the new born baby!
now it needs to be reproduced.yes reproduce it,for no dream is ever a dream,the divine dream is delegated to a dedicate doer!the dreamer become pregnant with what will become a new life.a beautiful creation!a glorious achievement!an awesome success!
Success begins once we start to believe in the beautiful dream that some how migles with in us.once success starts it can never stop.for sure success is a never ending process.and now thats the time for you to count your chicken before they hatch.dont ever look back to your life,only move forward & forward.
my way of doing work is simple.have the right attitude,passion,dedication,patience....& of all believe in yourself.and wooo.........here is it .... called SUCCESS.

very disappointined,yes,which is why i'd kept my pads on after returning to the dressing room-SOURAV GANGULY.





This was the very disapponting end of a legendary bengali hero on the field.no doubt he was a great cricketer on & off the field.his facinating test carrer which began with a century at Lord's,in summer of 1996.it's a carrer which gave India so much joy & pleasure....to talk of his batting remember what dravid quoted for him..."sourav is god of off side...".actually no body drove like he did and well we'll definietly miss his down the wicket shots to the spinners.particularly i liked his cover drive the most...of course his determination the most to overcome all the obstacles...

In march 2000,just before the match fixing scandal,SOURAV got his captaincy & straight from then he was able to make a impact ...its bcoz of those early wins under him that a lot of fans who'd been disillusioned,come back to cricket.as a captain ,Sourav gave India plenty of pride & lots of substance.unedr his capyaincy only India became the runner-up of world cup 2003.he providded the kind of leadership you seldom see in any walk of life.he made the team believe in itself...believe that we can win.
thuogh his carrer ended with a duck,its the debut offie jason kreza of australia who caught Sourav's leading edge of his own bowling in the final test of border-gavasksr trophy2008.people should remember his 85 in the first innings not the duck.

And finally someone called DADA will be missed by each of us...

Who knows you better than you???....isn't it...yeah man i need to go miles & miles before i sleep,i mean in this life time only i wanna get whatever i want.my aim,my love,my satisfaction & more to write....
i want to explore my life,not like normal being does but in a different way totally different from others...
i know for this i need to work very hard,not only hard but very smartly...i need to utilise my time to the most...but i cant do that what i needed the most.
many probs arrises???friends not all ones but many laugh what you do...they will not stop but i need to leave all those and move ahead....
and all of the above the most common thing in life .... rejection in what ever field may be???dont just look back ....move ahead & ahead u will get to see a silver lining in your life...
with this concept i go on moving ahead & ahead,keeping the only thing that i have to go ahead from all of us...
